My Story
My own career has never followed a perfectly straight line.
I came to this work with a background in marketing and communications and built The Job Girl while raising a young family. Over the years, I’ve moved between entrepreneurship and corporate work, built and rebuilt my own professional identity, and experienced firsthand how differently a career decision feels once you have years of experience behind you.
That perspective shapes the way I work today.
I understand why accomplished professionals can reach a point where the obvious next step no longer feels like the right one. The challenge is rarely a lack of experience. It is deciding what you want to do with that experience now and positioning it accordingly.

As a career strategist and resume writer known for helping experienced and executive professionals clarify direction and position their experience for what comes next, I help high-achieving professionals get unstuck and take intentional control of their careers.
